đź–¤The 13s had the crunch of ice underfoot with no scores by either team in the 1st qtr in a low scoring affair the Roos took home their 2nd win of the season.
🤍in what was almost an identical scoreline as their first encounter the 15s tried hard against a very well drilled junior Roos team.
đź–¤The 18s came into the quarter time break even and Carter continuing his good form from last week, but the 2nd quarter ultimately winning the game for the BM side.
🤍the B grade came to play rocking up to the Nest with their playing gear in anything BUT their footy bags. Finding it hard to score a positive of the game keeping the Roos scoreless in the last with Wood being named best.
🖤it was a tight and low scoring affair with both teams playing off for that 2nd spot on the ladder. “Scratcher” Eustice spoke to the team before the first bounce about the passion Ross had for the club and Jacko asked the boys to dig deep and that they did and got the win and their first over Barmera-Monash since 2021!
🤍Thanks to First National Marschall for sponsoring the A/B grades pink socks for Breast Cancer awareness, with the ladies having a great afternoon for the annual WFC Ladies Day which flowed into a great night at the WFC.
Next week: Round 9 at the Magpies v Renmark
