🖤 The 13s kicked off the day with a win over the jnr Rovers, with a stand out display from magpies captain H.Gogoll sees them move to equal top of their ladder with a play off next week v Berri for top spot!
🤍 It was turning into a peraler of a day with not a cloud in the sky. The 15s went down by 90 points to a strong Rovers team. R.Pfeiler backed up his u13 game and kicked their single goal for the game.
🖤a huge 78 point turn around in the 18s from their last encounter, it went right down to the wire. Renmark scored a point in the dying seconds to give them the win by the smallest of margins-1 point!
🤍it was tight at 1/4 time but the Magoos couldnt keep in touch, in what was the largest margin of the day the B grade went down by 92 points, Loffler kicking their single goal and Penglis continuing his good from his previous 18s game.
🖤the first half was tight, with some good footy on display by both teams but the Rovers premiership quarter blew the Maggie’s off the nest, despite out scoring them in the last the damage had already been done. Jacko will be adding a few more grey hairs this week with an ever growing injury list! Wishing Brad Burgy all the best when he goes for scans on his dislocated knee cap-Thank you to the trainers of both teams, RFC, umpires and SA Ambulance in their care and time for when this injury took place yesterday.
🤍the colts team from 50 years before celebrated and enjoyed their 1975 premiership reunion across the weekend-Friday night, Saturday and into the evening reminiscing and watching our modern day Maggie’s take the field.

Next week we head to Berri for round 10
